Product Introduction
Superspeed quenching oil is the quenching oil with the fastest cooling speed. It can be cooled in the low temperature zone higher than other quenching oils according to the requirements of materials, workpieces and processes. The use temperature is within 60℃. It is used to improve hardenability or prevent the automatic tempering caused by the heat transfer from the center to the outside during the quenching of large workpieces.

Scope Of Application
(1) Bright quenching of screws, gaskets, bicycle parts and bearing rings and other low hardenability or thick cross-section workpieces.
(2) Quenching of bolts, tools, large forgings and thick and large-sized low hardenability workpieces.
(3) Suitable for quenching of gears with a modulus of more than 12.
(4) Suitable for quenching of various large gears and shafts.
