It is mainly suitable for quenching small and medium-sized workpieces, including carburized parts, small and medium-modulus gears and small and medium-sized alloy steel workpieces, etc. It can effectively reduce the deformation of workpieces. It can be used in continuous furnaces, multi-purpose furnaces and open quenching tanks. It can provide sufficiently uniform quenching effect on continuous furnaces such as mesh belt furnaces. There is less oil smoke formation in the open quenching tank, reducing the fire hazard.

Scope Of Application
